I just downloaded Spybot 1.3 and it found three things in my system: CoolWebSearch, Alexa Related and WebDialer. It removed them successfully (I hope), but what I want to know is what does WebDialer do and was it ever active on my computer. I didn't notice anything strange on my computer before, but I just want to make sure so that the phone bill isn't excessively high this month.

Sorry, forgot about this. There was only one thing Spybot detected for this:

HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\HOMEOldSP

I have no idea what that means, though

Can someone please help soon? I'm not sure how much longer I'll be around a computer since work's been keeping me really busy.

The best thing you can do right now
Would you please download Hijackthis---Important---Create a permanent folder hijackthis
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
download from
HERE or HERE

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important
