PS - I uninstalled a faulty version of PC Cillin a while ago, but the start files keep coming up even though I don't have it installed.

Please get CWShredder from the link in my signature and save it to the desktop, then close all programs and run it. Click "Fix" and let it remove what it wishes to.

Once it's done, reboot, scan with HJT again, and post the new log.
Signature file is under revision. This will be back shortly.
