      IE 11 copy/paste problem

      It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

team atom toolbar: need help alot.

5 posts in this topic

Hey folks, I'm new here, which just goes to show the lengths this spyware has driven me to.

First off, this started happening a few days ago. a blue search bar appeared and under View > Toolbars, it's listed as team atom. It pops up randomly and if I set it to display my Google toolbar, the team atom one will show up some time later and just get ride of the display for the google bar.

Also, my browser has been freezing and locking up. I ran updated versions of AdAware 6, Spybot S & D, and Norton multiple times. I recently ran CSWshredder, thought I nailed it, rebooted, and wham, toolbar is back.

Oh, I should mention that before I ran CSWshredder, it was routing all of my web travelings through www.mysearchnow.com, but since running it, it hasn't (to the best of my knowledge). I still need to get this toolbar off my computer, because it's really annoying.

Here's a copy of my Hijack This Log. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as would a swift reply.

My AIM is Basher529, for speedy contact.

Print out these instructions so you can read them while you clean your system.

Move Hijack This to its own folder.Click My Computer, then C:\

In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.

That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Move hijack this there. Hijack this makes backups of everything you fix, these backups are saved in the same folder the program is.

Now close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix:
