For months I've attempted to keep spyware at bay. I installed an Alpha-Shield. IE6 stopped browsing, I wonder if it's the spyware or my regedit-ing. I've tried to reinstall IE - states I already have latest version; tried to switch to Netscape, when I click the ICON, no lights on Alpha-Shield don't flash.

My Outlook 2000 emailing works, and Norton Live-Updates work, and any internal updates, however, anything that needs to access the browser fails. I use about:blank.

If I may, I'd like an expert to decipher my HiJack Log File.

I have been following the instructions on mvps.org/winhelp2002. And copying the files via disk to the affected machine.

Thank you immensely in advance.
