      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Anything here that needs to go, please tell me.

I've already done some stuff in regedit but it seems to change back to what I don't want.

Thanks a lot,

Doug

HijackThis needs to be installed in its own folder (for example - C:\HJT or C:\Program Files\HijackThis). It makes backups of deleted entries, and they will be all over your Desktop if you fix things from there.

Get the new About:Buster version 1.30 (released Jul 14, 2004) from one of these sources:

http://www.downloads.subratam.org/AboutBuster.zip

http://www.malwarebytes.biz/AboutBuster.zip

Unzip it to your desktop. Start it, hit OK, Start, And OK again to start the scan. It will generate a log in the central window. Copy and post that log along with a new HijackThis log here.
