You "guys" have been helping me with my daughter's PC. Now it's my turn!

Problem #1 - Lately my PC has been booting very slowly. Once it is finally booted, everything seems to run OK EXCEPT IE & outlook Express (problem #2). OE hangs when previewing messages & IE is slow going to sites and sometimes I get the dreaded "cannot find" error message. Anything else that I go online with (WinMx, updating AdAware, Spybot, Norton, etc.) seems to run just as quick as usual. I am starting to think that the 2 problems are related because when IE is NOT acting up (after rebooting PC it sometimes helps) then the boot up is faster. Someone suggested that it is a virus or hijacking. I update my Norton automatically as well as manually throughout the week, and run a scan once a week, so maybe hijacked? Here is my HiJackthis log:

Any help would be appreciated.
