here is a copy of my hijackthis log, basically I tried running a proxy server and a few minutes later I noticed some of the websites I visited eg icq would come up with

http://outreak.ntli.net/
403 you do not hae permission to access / on this server

Now I haven't installed any new progs that I am aware of, and I know one minute the site was working fine and the next it starts redirecting.

Here is a copy of my hijackthis log thanks for any help:

Hi there,

You have used an older version of HJT, please do this,

Update HijackThis to version 1.98
run HijackThis
select config> misc tools and select "update online". then yes.
Run a scan and post a new Hijackthis log after you are done.
