Browser is Hijacked

My browser got hijacked couple of days ago and so far I tried most of the stuff that I read in similar cases in this forum. Nothing helps. I tried CWshredder and Adaware. Please Help!!!! :techsupport: Here is my HijackThis log:

Well I managed to butcher my system pretty bad trying to stop the hijacking. The random .exe files that the hijacker created had similar names to the programs that are actually important for my computer. I am gonna reinstall the OS system because just to make sure that I got all of the .exe files
