After reading complaints about a Firefox/Mozilla crash (before the update on the 9th) I was/am conserned about the safety of this program.
While reading the EULA, I discovered a reference to the software logging the users activities and sending the information to JavacoolSoftware, which isn't responsible for the use of the application and deletion of software components.
I then read one user's review on Webattack, who gave it only one star in all catagories.

This software is junk. It causes problems with downloading. Also, I'm still wondering why there is no scanning feature... It's all about Spybot Search and Destroy. 4968

The clincher was when I read your plea about getting the user's computer model for bug reports.
Why would you even ask for this on an antispyware forum?
Getting the computer model is the first step in tracking my location.
All IPs are logged upon registration, so this is even easier with the help of my ISP.
You might even have a keystroke monitor that lies dorment until you get this information.
I think this is terrible of you!
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Even if this is just paranoia, why does the EULA indicate this?
Please correct this in the next build, not just the wording, but your so called "security" practices as well.

I do not have it installed, and I'm virtually defenseless to new spyware definitions.
