my hijackthis scan results

I am trying to get rid of isearch tool bar. Was directed to get hijackthis.
This is scan result. Can anyone tell me what is safe to remove to get rid of the
tool bar and if anything else looks suspicious in scan? Please help!!

Ok tick and fix the folowing in Hijackthis.

The tool bar is gone. No other problems as far as I can tell.
