      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Hello Jkraft

Please download About:Buster by RubbeR DuckY and unzip it to your desktop. Do not use it yet.

Press ctrl+alt+delete to bring up the task manager and under the processes tab end any of these processes showing.

winxs32.exe

winrk.exe

ntzm.exe

javarc.exe

ielt32.exe

Run HijackThis again and place a check beside each of the following items. Once done click the fix checked button.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3436CABC-D5FD-57B0-4FA3-0B78823FD133} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcsh32.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winxs32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\winxs32.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [winrk.exe] C:\WINDOWS\winrk.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [ntzm.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntzm.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [javarc.exe] C:\WINDOWS\javarc.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [ielt32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\ielt32.exe

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/14423cb3b27654ba6d05/...ip/RdxIE601.cab

O16 - DPF: {62475759-9E84-458E-A1AB-5D2C442ADFDE} - http://a1540.g.akamai.net/7/1540/52/200404...meInstaller.exe

Now reboot your computer and start in safe mode. To do this, press the F8 key repeatedly as the computer starts up until you see a menu screen (if Windows starts normally, restart it again). Use the arrow keys to highlight "Safe Mode" and press Enter. For further information on safe mode click here

Make sure you have all hidden files shown

Delete the following entries:

Files

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcsh32.dll

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winxs32.exe

C:\WINDOWS\winrk.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntzm.exe

C:\WINDOWS\javarc.exe

C:\WINDOWS\ielt32.exe

Still in safe mode, double click on About:Buster. Hit Ok, Start, And Ok again to start the scan. It will generate a report - save this somewhere. Hit Ok again to perform another scan and saave this report also. Reboot normally.

Go to TrendMicro and perform an online virus scan. Let it fix anything that it finds. Do the same at Pandasoftware.

Re-run HijackThis and post the About:Buster reports along with the new Hijack this log here.
