      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

hijacked!! about:blank

2 posts in this topic

I have just finished running spybot and adware (both recently updated) and the problem persists. The files never go away and my home page always goes to about:blank search engine. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here is my logfile:

Have you tried running CWShredder? If not I suggest you do a search for it on the web and run it. Make sure all browsers are closed and shut down as many programs as you can before running it... use msconfig or another program to check and see which programs are loading at startup. I've found many malicious programs are found there. Go to start/run and type in msconfig and select "OK". Hope this was of some help.
