When I open Outlook Express at the same time opens also MSN Messenger to toolbar. Why? that have never before been. I do not need MSN. I have been also for a long time unable to send mail by Outlook simply clicking some adress on web pages and also have been unable for example to purchase tickets to train etc. When click nothing happens. I have had this problem for a month. Never before. What to do?

Not sure on what the remedy for both problems are at the moment but as for MSN opening up, go to start, run, type in msconfig, click on the start up tab, look for MSN and un-check the box to the left of it. Click apply, ok and a prompt will ask you if you want to restart or restart computer later (something to that effect), click yes and see if your problem has been cured...

There is an option in OE's tools-options to start Messenger along with OutlookExpress; I would definetly go have a look there, & uncheck the line.
Failure is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.
