Hi, noticed this startup file in my HijackThis file. Can't find any info on the internet anywhere. It is not included in the startup app list either.

d3wv32 - C:\WINDOWS\d3wv32.exe

It is present on a laptop running Windows XP Home. The browser has been hijacked and I can connect to the internet but can't browse at all.

Will post the hijackThis log to another forum, but thought I should mention the file here for your records.

Looks like a random entry caused by one of many types of malware to me - for example, see the list here
