Desperately need someone to inspect Hijackthis log

My computer is not happy at the moment. It is either miserable about the latest edition of cubase that I installed (plus breakout midi and audio interface box), or about the second monitor I got recently (using nvidia dualview), or it has spyware.

Anyway, the specific problem is that it isn't shutting down properly... it gets to the very last screen "windows is shutting down", and then just sits there, forever. MNNNRRGHHH.

Nothing obvious in your log. Shutdown problems are more than likely to be due to the new software, I'm afraid. Can you try a system restore to before this problem started, and the reinstall programs one at a time to try and see which one causes it?
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
