Hi and welcome...

Use these programs first:

Ad-aware:

Download Ad-Aware at http://www.lavasoftu...pport/download/
After installing AAW, and before running the program, you NEED to FIRST update the reference file following these instructions...

Now do the following:

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Scanning Engine:
check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Cleaning Engine:
Check: "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Press "Scan Now"

- Check option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Check option "Activate In-Depth Scan"
- Press "Select drives\folders to scan"
- Select the active partition which is usually C:

Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys... Click 'Next' again
Right-click in that pane and choose "select all"

If it finds "bad" files and registry keys, press "Next" again
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items... Click OK...

Finally, close Ad-Aware, and reboot...

Spybot Search&Destroy

Can you please download Spybot Search and Destroy from http://www.safer-net...n&page=download ...
Once installed it is important to update before scanning with it...
Please use: Spybot-S&D (easy Mode)... In the left screen, click update... Next, at the top, click find updates, and after that Download updates...
After updating click the Search and Destroy button so you may do a full system scan... At the bottom press Check for Problems... When it finishes the scan fix everything in RED...

Reboot when the programs are done...
Note down everything the programs can't fix... Probably adaware will have problems with one or two files that it can't remove...

Give me the info and a fresh log...

Good Luck...
To help us keep this site running, all donations are welcome...
Thank you...

Hi and welcome...

download LSPfix here: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Launch the application, and click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox.
Check all instances of inetadpt.dll (and nothing else) , and move them to the "Remove" pane.
Then click Finish.

You need to place HiJackThis in its own permanent folder, because if it stays in a temporary folder the backups will be deleted...
Place it in a folder, for example: C:/HiJackThis/HiJackThis.exe
This way it can store backups to fix anything in a later stage if something seems to be broken...

Close all browsers and programs, except for HiJackThis, scan if not already done, tick the next entries and only hit fix until I say so:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {00D6A7E7-4A97-456F-848A-3B75BF7554D7} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: REALBAR - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-C0FF-FD60B590A87D} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\Real\Toolbar\RealBar.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WebInstall2] C:\Documents and Settings\bob\WebInstall.exe /R
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SQInstaller] C:\Documents and Settings\bob\igetnet_3845_3645.exeSQInstaller.exe

O16 - DPF: {88C51E90-8E9C-4C96-8A45-574D88B63FAF} (Matrix Class) - http://acceso.masmin...aaplicacion.cab

O16 - DPF: {EFB22865-F3BC-4309-ADFA-C8E078A7F762} (SysWebTelecomInt Class) - http://www.sponsorad...sWebTelecom.cab

After this, you can also add the next entrie... By fixing it you will shorten boot-up time and free up resources... By doing this you wil not harm your program and it will still be able to start manually via the start-button...

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

Now hit fix...

You also have a lot of peer-2-peer programs running... These are always a source of infections... Try just using one of them and remove the others... I suggest removing at least P2P Networking since in my opinion it's the worst of them all...

eDonkey2000
P2P Networking
Shareaza

Reboot and delete the next folder:
C:\Program Files\CommonName\
And delete the next files:
C:\Documents and Settings\bob\WebInstall.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\bob\igetnet_3845_3645.exeSQInstaller.exe

Now post me a fresh log...
Are you still having any problems?

Good Luck...

Did you have problems with Look2Me?
Did you have that before?

Do this to really get rid of it:

Download VX2Finder from this link:
http://www.downloads...g/VX2Finder.exe

Run Vx2Finder click on the *click to find VX2.BetterInternet* button. Then click *make log*.

Copy and paste the contents of the log into your next reply here.
--------------------------------

Sign off and stay off the internet until the entire procedure is complete.

Open VX2Finder and click on the *click to find VX2.BetterInternet* button.

Then select the *Delete these files* button.
You will be left with notice about one to be deleted on reboot.
It will ask to reboot on deletion of the last file
So Reboot...

-----------------
Once back in Windows

Open VX2Finder again and click on these buttons in the right pane:

user agent, Guardian.reg, restore policy

Exit and reboot.

Run Vx2Finder once more and click on the *click to find VX2.BetterInternet* button. Then click *make log*.
Post it here with a fresh HijackThis log please.

I don't see P2P networking anymor ein your log, so it won't start anymore...
Are you sure it isn't gone yet?
Look if this folder exists:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\
If so, can you delete it?

Good Luck...
