Hello

I have been dealing with a browser hijacking for a few days. I've tried most all of the recommended fixes at the top of the forum page with no luck. These include AdAware, Spybot, Hijack This, and About:Blaster.

I just ran Hijack This and About:Blaster in safe mode. It appears to clean my computer. The problems reappear though once I log back on in regular mode. I am using "Browser Hijacker Blaster" and continually have a BHO alert and homepage alert. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the logfile from when the cleaning is complete in safe mode-

One other note, I also ran "Windows critical updates" yesterday as well as running CWS shredder today. CWS shredder found nothing to fix.

I am running a Dell 1.8 GHz machine with windows XP.

Thanks in advance.

My Browser Hijacker program keeps stopping a BHO that is being added to

C:\WINDOWS\adddc.dll

I ran a McAffee virus check and found two files that I deleted. I still have the same problem as listed in my first post. If anyone has input I would appreciate it.
