Computer Slower then ever, HJT Log

Running both Ad-aware and Spybot S&D Shows no spyware But my computer the last week is bogging down alot things take 2-3x longer to open, Multitasking is painful. Please check over this log and let me know, Thanks!

Rescan with hijack this and check these items:

I couldn't find too much about the program but according to http://www.compu-docs.com/Startup.htm

CPUFSB changes the Front Side Bus speed for many popular motherboards. The CPU frequency is the product of multiplier and Front Side Bus. Many motherboards support that the user can switch the Front Side Bus by programming the new frequency with some commands via the System Management Bus, so you could change the CPU frequency while windows is running without leaving the operating system. THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE IF NOT CAREFUL IT MAKES THE SYSTEM CRASH AND CAN DAMAGE THE CPU AND THE SYSTEM BOARD. REMOVE IT.
