Help with Pop Ups - Hijackthis log included

Despite removing a number of parassites with "No Adware", "Spybot Search & Destroy" and having installed "Spyware Blaster 3.2 ", I keep getting lots of Pop-Ups. Can you help? Below is the HijackThis (v1.98) Log
