I am not a computer wiz and I amm not even sure I understand all the insructions in the FAQ, but I need help. I apparently was hit with spyware and I went and bought a anti spyware. I scanned my computer and thought everything was OK however I get a message that a certain file is running in memory and will be deleted upon reboot. This does not happen. The same spyware keeps appearing it is the CWS something. Can any one tell me how to vacate this.

Hello, Sorry for the delay

Let's have a look at a HijackThis Log.

If you don't already have HijackThis, Download HijackThis from http://www.downloads.../hijackthis.zip and create a log. Run the program, and press Scan. You will notice the Scan button will turn into a "Save Log" button. Save the log and Post that log onto this topic. DO NOT Delete or modify anything yet, as some of it is needed to keep your system in Good Shape.
