Installed XSoftspy...everytime it scans it always finds SAGagent....although I have selected remove for it. Hijack does not make reference to it or does ad-aware or spybot. It is also know as Shopathome. Cannot find it in registry RUN entries. Anyone have any info on this program??????

The xoftspy I have installed is not a trial..it is a licensed copy. It is on 2 different PC's. ONLY one PC gets the SAHagent shown when I scan...the other usually comes out clean except for tracking cookies. Adaware and spybot do not report SAHagent in any scans on the one softspy reports it exists. Norton is supposed to identify and fix....but also does not pick it up. Very puzzling. Trend-micro picks up istbar.eo but can't repair. Norton shows completely clean PC. It seems that only Trend-micro and xoftspy find anything in that PC. Any ideas??? Thankx for the imput so far.

I went to your link......why would they misreport if it is a licensed version?
