Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WebRebates0] "C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\WebRebates0.exe"

O8 - Extra context menu item: Web Rebates - file://C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates\Sy1150\Tp1150\scri1150a.htm

Reboot and delete C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates

That should do it!

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.

also, ive tried doing this...the program doesnt seem to be too smart...after reading this topic i remembered how when i opend my task manager and closed the processes webrebates0.exe and webrebates1.exe and they would re open a few more times, then stop...when they stopped i went and deleted C:\program files\web rebates and ran HiJackThis and deleted the 2 process at the start...now it seems to be running fine, if none of the other methods have worked try this..
