Hello, this is my first time to this forum, please bear with me. I can home two days ago to find a TON of extra programs on my PC. I ran adaware and spybot S/D. They cleaned alot of stuff, but I still have "PGATE-Basic" in my ADD-REMOVE program files. When I click on REMOVE it asks if I want to remove, I click YES and it tries to go to a web page but says "site not available". I am sure there is lots of other junk on the PC too. Any help will be great. Thanks

I also ran House call from Trend Micro and it found 4 infected "uncleanable" as follows:

TROJ BLAZEFND.A
BKDR SANDBOX.A
BKDR SANDBOX.A
BKDR RULEDOR.E

PLEASE HELP !!!
