Hi,

I've had trouble removing a file - comffe.dll - that Norton AntiVirus refers to as Backdoor.Agent.B. The NAV warning box does not close as it would normally do so. The file is located in the c:\windows\system32\ directory. I have tried Adaware, CWshredder, Spybot, NAV and Trend housecall but nothing picks the file up. I have also searched on the net and no one seems to have come across this file. The file does not load when I boot up in safe mode so I am unable to delete it nor can I delete it when I can see it (in a normal boot). I need some help ......Please. Attached is my hijackthis log.
