I have a PC which is trying to get to the page trafficex.org/console.php?adv=gazrtz every 2-3 minutes.
I have removed a ton of ad's and viruses using Ad Aware and PC-Cillin 2004.
I have run CWShredder (found 1 instance) and Smartkiller cleaning tool.

The problem still remains, I have been following another post but have a different result in the HijackThis log. I have posted the log below. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers. Tippy.

Run HijackThis, click on "Scan" and then place a check mark in the following boxes, And click on "Fix Checked":
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Cons] C:\WINDOWS\mstaskss.exe
O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111123} - file://c:\Recycled\1.exe
O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111732} - file://c:\progra~1\pl.exe
O21 - SSODL: Web Event Logger - {79FB9088-19CE-715E-D900-216290C5B738} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\Ingmkhgo.dll (file missing)

Please go to Microsoft Windows Update and download all critical updates for your system. This is imperative.

Post a fresh HijackThis log into this message after you have completed all critical updates from Microsoft.

Update your system - You still have not applied all patches from Microsoft.

Yes, I am unable to install SP1 because the PC does not have a legitimate copy of XP on it.
The problem has since stopped. With the firewall installed and running Ad-Aware on boot will it be safe enough?

Without SP1, most problems will not be fixed and unfortunately, I cannot endorse an illegal copy or support it. I would definitely suggest that you purchase a copy and we'll fix it from there.
