Stubborn CWS Variant Detected as CWS_NS3

Can someone help me. I have a stubborn variant of CWS in my system and can't get rid of it. I've downloaded Hijack This and About Buster. I ran the Hijack This scan. Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure what lines are random or which ones I should delete before running About Buster. Here is a copy of the scan:

I'm not suggesting that you delete this file, but what is that WINIF.dll file?
