      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Hi there,

Is it possible to see C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MKNDBA.DLL and can you check the date of this file:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MKNDBA.DLL

If you can check the date is it the date the problem did start?

Did have the save shit on my system. Maybe I can help.

Could be..This worked for me:

Download Appinit.bat.

Run it.

There will be a dosbox à a file will be created named windows.txt

In this file is the name located of the hidden dll on your system. We will call xxxx.dll.

Download TheKillbox.

Unzip the files and run Killbox.

In the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste:

c:\windows\system32\xxxx.dll

Go to the menu "Action" and choose for "Delete on reboot".

In the next screen go in the menu "File" to "Add file". The file xxxx.dl will be added to a list. Ad also the file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MKNDBA.DLL

Next go to the same windows to the menu "Action", choose "Process and Reboot".

The system has to reboot. After reboot run CWShredder and Ad-aware. This should fix it.

Turi,

Can you make a directory named c:\test ? Copy appinit.bat into it. Run CMD.

In the commandpromp move to c:\test ( cd\test ). Type Appinit

What do you see ?
