hey all,
I have run spybot and adaware and they don't remove the CWS trojan, and when I run CWSshreddar, it stops halfway through and says ".... memory can not be read. click ok to terminate" so I can't run shreddar. and BHOdemon says it detects a new program, but it can't fix it, and I should report it. (it's labeled bdlib.dll.) but when I try to report it through BHOdemon, it fails to upload the file. what should I do? how can I report it? what more info. do you need to help me? thanks in advance, i really need the help here.
