I found these forums 2 days ago and it is so great to see so many people being helped. I had no idea that something like this existed and thought my computer was completely finished. After hours of reading through all the advice here and using theHijack This Tutorial, I fixed almost everything. However, there are still 3 things in this log that I don't recognize and can't find any information on by searching google. Here is the log:

I just downloaded Sygate Personal Firewall yesterday (I had a cable modem and no firewall, which apparently is very bad) and when I started my computer today it immediately gave me the following 3 popups:

------------------------------------------
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\OICGLE.EXE is trying to connect to [66.98.138.92] using remote port 80 [HTTP World Wide Web]. Do you want to allow this program to access the network?

Win32 Kernel core component [KERNEL32.DLL] has received a Broadcast packet from the remote machine [10.66.192.1]. Do you want to allow this program to access the network?

Run a DLL as an App [RUNDLL32.EXE] is trying to connect to [69.20.20.161] using port 80 [HTTP World Wide Web]. Do you want to allow this program to access the network?
--------------------------------------------

I answered "No" to all of them, but I don't actually know what they are and if I should have allowed them or not.

Can someone please help me with some of these problems? Thanks so much.

I'm sorry, but I think I posted this in the wrong forum. I think it should be in the "Malware Removal" forum. Can a moderator move this or should I start a new thread in the correct forum?

No problem. It has been moved. Is that the complete log? I would have expected more entries below the O4s.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [r57g36O] EXP20.EXE
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [a2omRWimW] OICGLE.EXE

Reboot and delete

files
EXP20.EXE
OICGLE.EXE

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.

Thanks for the help. I did what you said, but even though i deleted those files, I still see EXP20.exe in my Hijack This log.

Also, not that I have Syagate Personal Firewall, I get this notice everytime I restart the computer:

C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\AutoUpdate.exe is trying to connect to envolo.peopleonpage.com [81.3.71.65] using remote port 80 [HTTP World Wide Web]. Do you want to allow this program to access the network?

Is this something I should allow?

Also Sygate consistently gives me warnings (every 5 minutes?) about applications trying to access the network. I don't know is these are bad or not. RUNDLL, Kernel32.dll, AutoUpdate.exe, and EXPLORER.exe.

Here is my latest log:
