So I had to do all sorts of different logins just to get my email, now whenever I try to get in to hotmail, before the page loads it will relocate me to the here4search webpage. Hello

Let's have a look at a HijackThis Log.

If you don't already have HijackThis, Download HijackThis from http://www.downloads.../hijackthis.zip and create a log. Run the program, and press Scan. You will notice the Scan button will turn into a "Save Log" button. Save the log and Post that log onto this topic. DO NOT Delete or modify anything yet, as some of it is needed to keep your system in Good Shape.

Hello, Welcome to SWI.
Print out these instructions so you can read them while you clean your system.

Download CWShredder install, run and click fix.

Now close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix(a fair amount of these are likely to be gone because of CWShredder):
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = http://super-spider.com/sp.htm?id=574
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://super-spider.com/sp.htm?id=574

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks]
"{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}"=""

Go to the Desktop and DoubleClick Remove.reg, hit yes on the prompt to add its contents to the Registry!

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?

Delete these files:
C:\WINDOWS\cnoojyg.exe
C:\WINDOWS\xbsvxfm..exe
C:\WINDOWS\srchupdt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\p321uk0zdut2w0.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\matrixhere.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\siubopva.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dspwid.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\eswseui.exe

Find (f3) and delete these files:
winlogin.exe
image.dll

Delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\TV Media

You may need to show hidden files to delete them.How to show all hidden and system files

The following DIRECTORY CONTENTS (But not the directory) need to be deleted while in safe mode.
* C:\Windows\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ <=This will delete all your cached internet
content including cookies. This is recommended and strongly suggested.
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* Empty your "Recycle Bin".

Then disable your system restore

1 Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2 Click the System Restore tab.
3 Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box.

There are still a lot of things to do in your log.
Run CWShredder again and click fix
Close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [43mS38Q] digntui.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [romahere] C:\WINDOWS\System32\matrixhere.exe

For TV-Media, you will need to run this Regedit:

Copy the entire contents inside of the QUOTE box into Notepad, hit enter to add a blank line. Then save as remove.reg (save as type: 'all files' ) to the desktop

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks]

Go to the Desktop and DoubleClick Remove.reg, hit yes on the prompt to add its contents to the Registry!

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?

Ok, sorry for the delay, lot of work around.
How to use Ad-Aware to remove Spyware <= Please check this link for instructions on how to download, install and then use adaware. Donīt use it yet.
You already have Adaware installed. Make sure it's up to date. Just open Adaware and click on *Check for Updates Now* and then *Connect*. It will find a new reference-file. Click *ok* and let it download and install the updates by clicking on *Finish* .This will return you to the main screen. You should now see Reference File # : 01R333 18.07.2004 or higher listed.
Donīt use it yet.
Close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {467FAEB2-5F5B-4c81-BAE0-2A4752CA7F4E} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\jb0z7z0zlisf.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [romahere] C:\WINDOWS\System32\matrixhere.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [romahere] C:\WINDOWS\System32\matrixhere.exe
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: b4i1b4rux4s.tlb

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?

Delete the files:
C:\WINDOWS\bad3074.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\matrixhere.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\jb0z7z0zlisf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\b4i1b4rux4s.tlb

You may need to show hidden files to delete them.How to show all hidden and system files
The following DIRECTORY CONTENTS (But not the directory) need to be deleted while in safe mode.
* C:\Windows\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ <=This will delete all your cached internet
content including cookies. This is recommended and strongly suggested.
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* Empty your "Recycle Bin".

Then disable your system restore

1 Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2 Click the System Restore tab.
3 Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box.
4 Click Apply
5 this will delete all existing restore points. Click Yes to do this.
6 Click OK.

Scan with Adaware and let it remove any bad files found.

Reboot into normal mode enable System Restore and post a fresh log in this thread to give you further recommendations.

Close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [uninstal] regsvr32 /u /s image.dll
O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.greg-search.com

Restart in safe mode, find (f3) and delete:

image.dll
winlogin.exe
<NOT winlogon

Clean out temporary and TIF files. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: cleanmgr. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure these 3 are checked and then press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

Finally, do an online scan HERE. Let it remove any infected files found.

Reboot to normal mode, scan again with Hijack This and post a new log here.

I was missing one item here.

Close all open windows AND browsers and check these items for HJT to fix:
O16 - DPF: {12589FA1-C456-11CE-BF01-10AA1055595A} - http://www.wsel.net/...lesilent610.cab

but this is not the reason for the hotmail issue.

Download the Hoster from here Press 'Restore Original Hosts' and press 'OK'
Exit Program.

And tell me if it helped.
