Ok I'm dumb or something but the user agent and guardian.reg button are shaded out, I can't use those for some reason.

Hi shelobe

I am just curious - did you already use some kind of "cleaner" to clean-up??

Pls. save HijackThis in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT - the program will make backups and you don't want them scattered around.

Use Taskmanager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to end these running processes if you can (or use Process Explorer)

wsaupdater.exe
NetPumperIEProxy.exe
tsm.exe
RunDLL32.EXE
id53.exe
JulHy.exe
EwHDbA.exe
IEHost.exe
dp-him.exe
Idhost.exe
WToolsA.exe
AutoUpdate.exe
bduzbk.exe
ctpstab.exe

Go to Add/Remove Programs (START, settings, control Panel) and uninstall these apps (all may not be listed)
anything with a name similar to MyWay, MySearch, MyWebSearch, etc.

WinTools
NetPumper

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing

Did you try getting into safemode by tapping F8?? Did you try the MSCONGIF utility?

Click on Start, then Run. In the Run dialog box type "msconfig" and press enter to start the MSCONFIG utility. MSCONFIG offers a variety of options and settings you can use to selectively enable or disable certain programs or services to try and troubleshoot and narrow down problems you might be having
http://netsecurity.a...qt_safemode.htm

Still several items we have to fix.

Use Taskmanager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to end these running processes if you can (or use Process Explorer)

CFD.exe
pwsockxd.exe
pK65VNhkP.exe

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing

C:\documents and settings\sucretia\local settings\temp\pK65VNhkP.exe

You got MORE nasty visitors :(

First of all - do you have the XP CD?? Run it as there is a Repair Option if you boot to CD.

Use Taskmanager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to end these running processes if you can (or use Process Explorer)

jythxlai.exe
dhsvr.exe
reg32.exe
Tvm.exe
svkh.exe
jul.exe
msmc.exe
transtask.exe
gd-dial.exe -remove
dlgli.exe
VirtualBouncer.exe

Go to Add/Remove Programs (START, settings, control Panel) and uninstall these apps (all may not be listed)
anything with a name similar to MyWay, MySearch, MyWebSearch, etc.

TV Media
GlobalDialer
VBouncer

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = NOT USED (OK)

O2 - BHO: Band Class - {D848A3CA-0BFB-4DE0-BA9E-A57F0CCA1C13} - C:\WINDOWS\dealhlpr.dll

http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp
http://www.pandasoft...com/activescan/

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.

Go here and get one of the free trials of an Anti Trojan and scan for Trojans.
http://www.wilders.o...nti_trojans.htm

Then reboot and use UPDATED AdAware as described :
HERE

shelobe,
I still see a few problems with your log ...

1) reg32.exe = Trojan.Noupdate.B :alarm:

2) If you have "Panda Titanium Antivirus 2004" as your AV why is this running?
