It's now out of beta!!! Still a lot of false positives.

It tells you which ones are false positives. It's the ones they recommend you to "View details".

?? If it knows which ones are false positives why alarm the user?

Let me rephrase. All the false positives are under that secction. [I]Usually[I], what it finds is safe, but there is the odd malware in that section. Personally, I'd only remove what it tells me to. You can also allow the false positves so they won't show up again.
