I just tried to manually delete the sandboxer adware crap, and I was hoping someone could tell me if they see anything else. thanks.

Please post you Hijack this log. What you posted above is a startuplist.

to post your log, run Hijack this again. When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - Startup: GStartup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GMT.exe
O4 - Startup: Gator eWallet.lnk = C:\Program Files\gator.com\gator\Gator.exe

Reboot, and delete

folders
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT
C:\Program Files\gator.com

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
