i supposedly have an infected file in my _restore/temp folder named A506024(or something like that) and am unable to delete it because it seems to always be in use..does anyone know how i can possibly delete it?

That directory is part of Window’s system restore.
To remove the infection, follow these steps:
Disable system restore, instructions can be found here.
This will remove all restore points, but this action is necessary to remove the infection from the system restore file.
Reboot
Re-enable system restore, instructions can be found here.
