Help! constant RUNDLL error

These last 3 days I cannot find what the problem is. I've ran ad-aware, mcafee full virus scan, CWSshredder, peperfix, and a few other items. About every minute or so a RUNDLL error pops up saying " error loading C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~3\inetkw.dll" . Here is my log:
