Search assistant toolbar keeps coming back

I keep on getting rid of this toolbar with CWShredder, Kill2Me, Ad-aware, HijackThis, Spybot, XCleaner, SpyBlocs, etc. but it keeps coming back.

I know i'm not supposed to bump my post up the list, but it's now on page 21. Other people who have bumped their's have had replies.

Can anyone help me get rid of this search bar in IE6?
