Hi,
First thing to do is ...

Uninstall via Add Remove: "Messenger Plus 3"
If you insist using "Messenger Plus 3" reinstall without the "Sponsor Software"
Note: Sponsor Software = C2Media\LOP (parasite)

Next:

Posted Image Reconfigure Windows Explorer to show Hidden Files: [required step]
Open the Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options - View [tab]:

Scroll down to the "Files and Folders" section.
Select: "Display the contents of system folders".

Scroll down to the "Hidden Files and Folders" section.
Select: "Show hidden files and folders", Ok the prompt
Uncheck: "Hide file extensions for known file types"
Uncheck: "Hide protected operating system files" Ok the Prompt, click Apply

Click the "Apply to all Folders" button. Close Windows Explorer.

Next:

Close all open programs and browsers, rescan with HijackThis
Place a check in each of the following then click "Fix checked".

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.klwcddlzq...of2lQXtp1y8.asp
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Build Readme Cake Settings] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\drvcastbuildreadme\KNOB DEBUG.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mpeg cdrom] C:\PROGRA~1\PLANSP~1\eqbinenc.exe

Then reboot, on restart, restart in Safe Mode [required step - see "How To" below]

Start | Run (type) "%temp%" (no quotes)
Completely delete the entire contents of that "temp" folder.

Open Windows Explorer locate and delete the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\drvcastbuildreadme <--this folder
C:\PROGRA~1\PLANSP~1\eqbinenc.exe <--this file
Note: locate "eqbinenc.exe" via Start > Search > Advanced Options

Restart normally and then ...

Posted ImageImportant! Your system is severly out of date!
Visit Posted Image Windows Update and install all the "Critical Updates"

After the above, reboot, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log ...

Hi,

those hosts values were added by me...

Ok, no problem ... I checked them and they didn't match their assigned IP address, so that's why I advised removing them. You can simply edit the HOSTS file if you removed them or ignore those 3 items from HijackThis.
