I'm NOT an official helper, but you might start with FIXing all those R1 & R0 things,
and this :
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DB46DFAC-8955-4B02-9B5F-7D619842873D} - C:\WINDOWS\m.dll
-- doesn't look right to me.

And I'd bet that "dwwin.exe" is up to no good.
You didn't describe what kind of problems you were haveing: re-directs? pop-ups? changed search page?
"Internet Explorer provided by Sympatico"? - that's a new one to me. I thought it was provided by Microsoft.

I guess I should have mentioned that it is a web-page Hijack (about:blank).

Spy Sweeper and AdAware can't fix it.

LOL...........Sympatico.......is my internet service provider and I used to use them as my home page until it got hijacked.
