      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Expert to look over my Hijackthis log

2 posts in this topic

Hi,

I got bombarded by a load of spyware on Monday night, so I've Run Ad-aware and downloaded and run CWshredder, Spybot-search and destroy to try and get shut of it all. I still get the feeling something is still there though as everytime I start up my computer my internet conection box comes up as if something is wanting acess to the net, and before I got all this spyware it never did this.

So if someone could look over my Hijackthis Log and let me know if anything doesn't look right.

Thanks.

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxand hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [u4bZuyVI] C:\windows\temp\u4bZuyVI.exe

Reboot, and delete the file C:\windows\temp\u4bZuyVI.exe

Indeed, to be on the safe side, delete everything in the C:\windows\temp folder.
