I'm the webmaster for our corp website. A coworker is having problems with connectivity to the email (POP3) server using Outlook. He gets the following error message:

Unable to connect to server (Account: 'username@website.com',POP3 Server: 'mail.website.com', Error Number :0x800ccc0e).

He also had problems with ping, ipconfig. tracert not working. For some reason, his path system variable was missing the system32 folder... We fixed that and those started working.

He is unable to ping our website. Other computers on the same network are able to ping and connect at the exact same time he is not able to.

Just for giggles, I had him send me a HJT log -- as follows:

There are alot of our industrial control programs loading up in this log. If you have any questions about any of them, let me know and I can answer them.

Also, he has a couple of other email accounts on other servers -- they all work fine... It's just ours that he's having problems with. And nobody else is reporting any problems...

Any thoughts???

TIA
