After I defrag I get this message "Files that cannot be defragmented" 2 Fragments 557 KB \WINDOWS\system32\DAO350.DLL

Any clues?

What OS are you using? Are you using the defrag program that came with windows or a 3'rd party program?

I have XP and I use the defrag that came with the PC. This morning it worked OK. But would you like to see a log file since I have your attention? Maybe something will show up

Post the log (I'm assuming you meant the HijackThis log).

I'm looking over your log to see what needs to be done. I'll be back once I've figured out what to do next.

In the meantime, create a new folder called C:\HJT and move HijackThis to it. Temp folders aren't good places for it.

If you haven't done so already, download and install Ad-Aware. Follow the instructions here.

I see that you have Spybot S&D. If you didn't run a scan prior to posting your log, do so.

After you've done the above, post a new log (unless you've already done all of the above prior to posting your last log, in which case mention that you did then I can proceed with determing what needs to go).

I have both Adaware and Spybot and both have been run prior to my post.
I don't keep the hijack file long so that's why I just put it in My Document
