It says for help with spyware to go to this forum and when I click on it it tells me I don't have access and I should log in to get access, I am logged in though. What is the problem?

You are logged in here at www.spywareinfoforum.com. You're evidently not logged in to the old board, at www.spywareinfo.com/forums, or you are experiencing the "can't stay logged in" there which was one of the reasons for the move.

Please see http://www.spywarein...php?showtopic=2

I still can't go into the spyware help forums, when I go they tell me I have to sign in, which I do. After that it gives me this message:

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

I read the post you put up and I didn't see anything pertaining to my problem, I shouldn't have to re-register as I didn't register with the old forum anyway or anything like that right?

What do you mean by "the spyware help forums"?
Give the forum links please.

I don't understand the problem. Your account here is all in order.

Well it says:

DO NOT POST LOG FILES OR ASK FOR COMPUTER / SPYWARE HELP IN THIS FORUM!

For help with spyware, go to this forum. For help with pc problems, go to this forum.

When I click on "this forum" for help with spyware, it takes me to a page where the aforementioned message comes up:

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

Right-click on that link "this forum".
Look in Properties.
Copy the URL from Properties to here.
