What file or folder does this dll go in? I can not get it to work on my computer{ windows 95}. The file I downloaded reads rundll.32_95. Should I rename it to rundll32.exe'? i have tried this and put it in C: windows folder and inC: but nothing works. I restarted my computer too and it did not work. Any suggestions. This file dissapeared after trojan infections.

Yes, it should be renamed to:
rundll32.exe and put in Windows.
However, no guarantees!

Win95 is obsolete for a while now. Can't be fixed.
