Hi, I help other peoples with hijack logs at ozzu.com. I've learned how to get rid of spyware mostly searching the internet. I want to join the bootcamp to learn more from the masters (you guys) to better help more people. Would I be able to join?

Thanks in advanced

I too would like to join the ranks of the malware fighters! I've gotten pretty good at recognizing the most obvious nasties in HJT logs but since I've not been trained, I don't give advice. I'd like that to change so I can help folks clean up their computers and strike a telling blow against all the purveyors of this slimy stuff! Thanks!

I'd very much like some formal training in this area. I will be fighting Spyware until the day I die. Might as well be able to help others do the same, confident in the knowledge my advice is sound.

uioped1,
As I said in this thread:
http://forums.spywar...pic=28622&st=15
we would appreciate it if you would not post to live threads in the Malware Support forums unless you are a registered Helper on our team. If you would like to become a trainee, please respond to the thread here:
http://forums.spywar...hp?showtopic=34
We would love to have you as a part of the team, but we would also appreciate it if you would follow proper protocols. It is not that we don't trust you personally, as your advice seems to be very sound. It is simply that on principle, we don't want people we don't know posting to live logs, because it is possible otherwise that someone we don't know could post some very bad advice and do considerable harm to someone else's system.
Thank you for your understanding.

I guess I'll become a trainee then. I didn't realize this site had such "protocols."

Let me know what's next.
-a.
