I've ran both spybot and ad-aware on my computer and it removed alot of bad files/processes/registries, but it doesn't seem to get rid of the wtoolsa and wsup processes when i bring up the task manager. I've ran HijakThis in normal mode and the log is available below. Does it matter if I run HijackThis in normal mode or safe mode?
