I had this problem with about:blank once before and the kind people of this site were aboe to help me. Unfortunately I have the same problem again, and again I am unable to do it myself. I ran norton anti-virus, spybot, cws shredder, ad-aware 6, and then I HJT logged:

again, if running xp home, get into sys- restore, and if possible set date,
(restore point) to before about blank occured. That will get rid off about.blank home page,and restore youre real home-page and any other settings you had at that time . Good Luck and Beat the Spy Guy!!!
