I've run Ad-Aware and Spy-bot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put a tick next to these two in HijackThis then close all open windows and click "Fix selected" in HijackThis.

Hi, Your log looks clean to me now, one more thing though-

C:\WINDOWS\wlwzu.dll <--Delete this file (bold) if it exists
C:\WINDOWS\qohl.dll <--Delete this file (bold) if it exists
