My Norton Anti-virus detected that the attachment had a virus in it and therefore deleted it.
I would like to know if this is a genuine address/place/organisation. Although I look at a bit of soft porn, I don't look at anything illegal. I'm a bit concerned now.
Hope somebody can set me straight..

It's always .gov
That was the ultimate giveaway when I saw the sender's address in my inbox.
I wiped it before my virus scanner even got a chance to look at it

or www.osfm.state.il.us So most state govt agencies at least in illinois, i would assume elsewhere use the .us
