I see some ad at the top of the forums, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there or not because my computer has been full of spyware lately. :weep:

What sort of ad is it? Is it "ASAP"? or is it "Spywareinfo"? or is it something else. Mike uses Google ads on some of his forums and websites such as mikehealan.com and Catherine is an affiliate of amazon and uses google ads at dogreader.com. The ads on spywareinfo are legitimate.

There is no ad on the Forums page.

Please do this.
Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.spywarein.../HijackThis.exe
Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

You do have a lot of stuff there.
First get an online virus scan: http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm

Is your Spybot SD 1.3?

If not please uninstall Spybot 1.2.
Then
Download and install Spybot SD 1.3.
http://www.safer-net...hp?page=mirrors
Update it.
Check for problems.
Fix everything it labels in red.

Let it reboot and finish, if it asks to.

After all that please post a fresh HijackThis log, and let us know if things seem better.

Reboot in Safe Mode (hit the F8 key several times while booting, until you get a menu).
You may need to temporarily disable any firewall you have.
Then try the Panda again.
If it still can't run, try this one:
