Help with Malware removal

Below you will find my log file. I have used several supposed cleaners that remove loads of stuff but I keep getting bad popups when I surf. Especialy when I close my browser! I have used "The cleaner" "xoftspy" "noadware" to name a few.

I am still haveing the problem. Here is my Hijackthis log.....

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

Ok...I did what you asked....here is the new log information. I was unalbe to loacte the Hadows.exe and the supervisor.exe....they weren't in the system 32 file.
